Kettlebells are a fantastic way to learn basic human movement patterns; hinging, squats, pressing, etc.
This class combines compound strength exercises with bursts of cardio in an interval style format. In this class you will sweat, build muscle mass and tone the body. SHRED will leave you feeling motivated and energised.
A high intensity circuit training class. Members will move through a number of functional exercises for 30mins. This class will build strength and improve your cardio vascular performance.

In this class we focus on the technique of the 2 Olympic lifts being, the clean and jerk and the snatch.
These classes are technique based not a workout so are perfect to fit in around your daily sessions.
This is a specialty designed program focusing on mobility, posture, technique and achieving a solid foundation for the Olympic Lifts.
CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for youth ranging from ages 12-15. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness.
